This lettuce has a wonderful tangy, nutty taste. The color should be a dark green and because it spoils so easily it is recommended you buy it as needed. To clean, cut just above the area holding the leaves together, wash two or three times and spin-dry. Lamb's Lettuce adds an extra dimension to any salad.
